This pose, in general, is a very relaxing pose, but it has had great benefits in improving hormonal imbalances. It mainly influences the nervous system and in turn lowers stress levels in the body which also helps in balancing hormones in the body. This pose or exercise helps circulation of blood and oxygen throughout the body and improves conditions such as PCOS / PCOS or irregular cycles.

Nauka Aasana (Boat pose)
